30-day returns
You can return any card within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This applies whether the card is defective or you simply changed your mind.
Return conditions
- Change of mind: the card must be in like-new condition, undamaged, with all accessories and the original packaging.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: the card can be returned in any condition it arrived in.
We cannot accept returns of cards that have been physically damaged, modified, re-flashed with a different BIOS or disassembled after delivery.
Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged on arrival or wrong item: return shipping is free. We email you a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind: you pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to return a card
- Email contact@curtisprintfab.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Within one business day we reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number, the return address and, if your return qualifies, a prepaid label.
- Pack the card securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
We inspect your return and issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving it. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Shipping on the original order is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund or deduct. If your return is due to our error or a defect, we also refund any return shipping you paid.
Exchanges
If your card is defective or arrived damaged, we can send a replacement of the same model instead of a refund. For any other exchange, return the card for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged in transit
If your card arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the card. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
After 30 days
Defects that appear after the 30-day return window are covered by our 12-month warranty.
