These Terms of Service govern your use of curtisprintfab.com and purchases from Curtisprintfab LLC, a Missouri limited liability company located at 806 E Sunshine St, Springfield, MO 65807 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
We sell new graphics cards made by independent board manufacturers, built on NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon graphics processors. The brand shown on each product page is the card manufacturer. We are not affiliated with NVIDIA or AMD. We describe each product as accurately as we can; if a card you receive does not match its description, you may return it free of charge under our Return & Refund Policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is charged when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. If a card becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Our 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Compatibility
Please check that your computer has a suitable PCIe slot, enough physical space, an adequate power supply and the power connectors listed on the product page. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Site content belongs to Curtisprintfab LLC. NVIDIA, GeForce and RTX are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation; AMD and Radeon are trademarks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.; other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
