Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final amount you pay for delivery.
Delivery time
- Order processing (handling time): 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Central Time, or on weekends and US federal holidays, start processing the next business day.
- Transit time: 7 to 12 business days after the order ships.
- Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 15 business days from the date of your order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Where orders ship from
Our cards ship directly from our manufacturers’ warehouses in China by international express courier. All import duties, customs fees and taxes on import are paid by us. You will never be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at contact@curtisprintfab.com.
Delays, lost and damaged packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at your choice.
If your card arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the card. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Address changes and cancellations
You can cancel your order or change the shipping address free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
